Press Advert Fee

Planning & Building Standards
Some applications may require to be the subject of a press advertisement. If applicable the fee for advertising Planning Applications in the local press is £75. Town and Country Planning (Charges for Publication of Notices, Scotland) Regulations 2009 sets out that where a planning authority publish a notice in the local press they charge the applicant for this.
