Housing Legal Expenses

If you have any outstanding legal expenses as a result of legal proceedings having been raised against you for either rent arrears and/or anti-social behaviour in respect of your Council tenancy, you can pay them here. You can either make part payment or clear the debt in full. You will need your 8 digit legal expenses account payment reference number. This will be quoted on any correspondence relating to the legal expenses or you can contact the Arrears Recovery (Court) Team direct on 01224489538 to have your reference confirmed or to discuss a repayment plan.
