This is for the payment of a Full Variation to an existing Club Premises Certificate. Please refer to the Licensing Act 2003 Fees and Charges available on the Council Website and insert the applicable Fee relating to the Non-Domestic Rateable Banding of your premise. Please submit your application to licensing@ashfield.gov.uk with proof of receipt.
