This deposit is refunded to the holder subject to the return of the key(s)/fob(s) in a suitable condition (minus usual wear and tear) and per the terms and conditions. Any replacement key(s)/fob(s) following loss or damage will be subject to new deposit(s) payments being required prior to their collection. The bookings team will then arrange for the collection of the key(s)/fob(s) from the office: Ashfield District Council, Urban Road, Kirkby in Ashfield, NG17 8DA
