Once payment has been made you will receive confirmation of the booking from Pentrellyncymer. If you have any medical or other conditions and any special dietary requirements please contact the centre on 01492 640735 or via email on nwoes@conwy.gov.uk. We reserve the right to cancel or curtail a course or activity at any time. If we cancel or curtail due to us not being able to provide the course or activity we will refund the fee for that day or part of that day. Residential Courses can expect to receive a Sundry Debtor invoice after the date of departure, so Schools do not need to pay via this online option. Classroom Hire bookings can also expect invoices after the period of hire, so again do not need to pay via this online option. To make card payments for Sundry Debtor invoices e.g. for either of the above options, please use the sundry invoices option.
