Please only proceed with making a payment if you have previously submitted a request for CCTV images and have a valid reference number. To submit a request for CCTV images please see www.dudley.gov.uk/cctv for further information. We will not be able to issue any refunds if you have made a payment before submitting a request. The payment being charged is for the provision of CCTV images for legal purposes in relation to a road traffic collision. Dudley Council will interrogate its CCTV system in order to search for any images based on the information that you have provided to us (location/camera ID/date/time/description of vehicles etc.) and provide you with any images found. Please note that the fee is payable even if the incident has not been captured on CCTV and no refunds will be given.
