Pay parking and traffic fines

Please enter your Parking Penalty Charge Notice reference number and the amount you wish to pay. Reference numbers are ten characters long, starting with the letters HG.

If your Penalty Charge has already been referred to an Enforcement Agent, you must make payment directly to them, not the Council.

If you are paying your Penalty Charge within 24 hours of receiving it, our Payment system may not provide the correct balance on screen. Please therefore, enter the full amount of the Penalty Charge Notice ignoring any balance shown.

Please note that if you are only going to make a part payment, you are still liable for any outstanding payments required. Unless the outstanding payment is made without delay, the Council reserves the right to seek any outstanding payments through the County Court.
