Local Land Charges

This to pay for all enquiries on CON29 2016 (including public register information) which you are submitting. The fee is the sum of all the fees to be paid for accessing non public register information plus our compilation fee. NB. The basic fee is £110.00. Extra parcels of land are charged at £6 each (fees includes VAT). (Please contact us if you are unsure of the number of parcels). Please send us a copy of this transaction’s receipt with the Search application.
