The process of updating the IP (whitelisting) involves third parties marking the new IP address as secure, and open access the ManageHR site. Please confirm with your IT Support that you have supplied all external IP addresses, IP ranges and/or any IP addresses of a Proxy Server that maybe being used, any further adjustments may bring further charges.
