This page is to pay a Fixed Penalty Notice which has been issued under section 444 of the Education Act 1996, for failure to ensure your child attends school regularly. This FPN has been issued according to the Local Authority Code of Conduct.

Please ensure you pay the correct and full amount of the FPN within the timescales outlined in your FPN letter.
IF YOU CHOOSE NOT TO PAY THE FULL AMOUNT OF THE FPN WITHIN THE TIMEFRAMES OUTLINED IN YOUR LETTER, THE MATTER WILL BE PURSUED IN THE MAGISTRATES COURT AND YOU COULD BE FINED UP TO £1,000.
