Application fee to be paid in full (Non-refundable). A standard application fee is £276.00 per property. Where applying for a portfolio, you will need to pay 3 standard application fees, and from the fourth application the fee is £96.60. For example, where applying for 5 properties the total would be = 3 x £276.00 and 2 x £96.60. HOWEVER, this is not available for agents applying for a portfolio where properties are under various ownership. Once you have processed your application fee, please confirm this payment by sending a copy of the on-line transaction receipt to landlordlicensing@rotherham.gov.uk along with your fully completed Licence Application form, or print a hard copy to post with your Licence Application form to: Selective Licensing Team, Floor 2B, Riverside House, Main Street, Rotherham, S60 1AE.
