You should pay this fee only if you have now received notice that we intend to grant the Selective Licence. The remaining Licence Fee of £453.00 per property is now due. Once you have processed this fee, please confirm this payment by sending a copy of the on-line transaction receipt to landlordlicensing@rotherham.gov.uk or print a hard copy and post to Select Licensing Team, Floor 2B, Riverside House, Main Steet, Rotherham, S60 1AE. IMPORTANT - Please state the Draft Licence Number, found on your letter, in the reference bar below. No Licence will be granted before payment of this outstanding fee.
